What this does, and what it does not
The pre-flight finds evidence: old dates, prices, version numbers, time-sensitive words, pages that overlap yours, and sentences that make checkable claims. It does not decide whether your draft is true or good. Those are judgment calls.
For the judgment, use the Finalization Agent. It runs your draft through four passes in an AI assistant: a decay audit, a cannibalization check, OODA loops (a structured fix plan for each problem), and a self-critique and validation pass that makes the AI check your draft and its own findings for flaws and hallucinations.
